Laminates, foils and tubes

Depending on the environment in which they are applied and used, adhesives have been developed, meeting the specific conditions of each application. The most commonly used adhesives are acrylic based: they are characterized by a very wide temperature range of application and versatility in terms of surfaces, to which there is excellent adhesion. For specific conditions such as low labeling and storage temperatures, high humidity, condensation, migration of highly volatile components through the product packaging, heavy pollution and the like are used so-called. hot-melt adhesives.
Almost all paper and synthetic materials for making self-adhesive labels can be combined with the following main types of adhesives:
– Permanent, whether they are conventional or with a pronounced strong initial adhesion;
– Adhesive for repeated peeling / gluing;
– Adhesives for deep-frozen products;
– Adhesives for application at negative temperatures;
– Adhesives for application on difficult surfaces;
– Special purpose adhesives;

Every user of laminate tubes should have (or be able to outsource) with the appropriate equipment for subsequent filling of the product in the tube and closing it. Depending on the type of tube used, tube filling machines and automatic machines work with hot air or on an inductive principle.
