1. Do you have a price list?
The essence of self-adhesive label printing and the many possible color combinations, materials and sizes make it impossible to prepare a price list. Instead, we will help you choose the best combination of materials and printing effects, which as much as possible – the effective way will satisfy your requirements.
2. Do you have a catalog with sample labels, which you can send us?
Fresh Up Label prints custom labels, therefore we do not have a quantity of labels in stock, respectively with a catalog, which includes all the labels printed by us. We could send you a small part of the labels printed for our customers. If you want this type of sample, you can call us or request this at contact-us@freshup.net
3. What determines the price of labels?
Circulation is leading in determining the price of labels, the number of colors, which will be printed and the choice of material. The larger the requested quantity, the better the price. The setting time of each design and the materials used in the setting are not affected by the size of the ordered circulation labels. These settings are a constant value for both small ones, and for large circulations. This is the reason why large series are at a lower price. The number of colors, which will be printed also affects the price of the label, as each of them requires a specific setup time and material. The last one, but a major factor, which affects the price of the labels is the printing material used. As an example, the price of specific and specialized materials can be many times higher than the price of the cheapest and most widely used material (the paper)
4. What should I do, if I want to place an order ?
If you have received an offer from us, please, send us an official order by fax or e-mail. The design of the labels you have requested (or laminate) you can send to contact-us@freshup.net or in another convenient way for you. Please comply with ours PRINT FILE REQUIREMENTS. If you do not have a design, with the help of our partners we can develop one according to your requirements. After confirmation of the design by you, we will move your print order. If you do not have an offer, please, fill in REQUEST FOR OFFER or contact us directly in a way convenient for you.
5. What are the deadlines for printing labels (laminate) at Fresh Up Label?
These deadlines depend on what labels (laminate) you want to order. When ordering a new design, the printing period is between 14 ÷ 21 calendar days, and in case of re-circulation - 7 ÷ 9 calendar days (non-holiday) days. However, we are able to reduce these deadlines and do whatever it takes, in order to comply with the desired delivery time. That's what the printing house does to us, which you can always count on!
6. After I placed an order for printing at Fresh Up Label, how long will I receive confirmation of its implementation?
You can expect confirmation of your order within two working days from the date of its submission. If necessary, we can answer you on the same day, in which the order is registered with us.
7. Delivery of printed labels (laminate) whether it is included in the price?
If you wish, we can deliver the printed labels for an additional fee (laminate) at pre-agreed prices.
8. Is VAT included in the price??
We always offer a net price, that is, VAT is not included in our price offer.
